Poor shipping & Communication.
We placed our order December 7. After not hearing about the status I emailed them on December 20. They responded that they just sent it out and gave a tracking number, but no carrier info. Can not figure out how to track it. Went to place an additional order and it kept saying card declined, looked at my bank account and they took the money out 7 times! Each time it declined my card was ran and it took almost 3 days for it to get back. Will update once receive order for quality, but as of now im not impressed with a single thing.
