Not the Brightest Bulb
Can't recommend this service due to their incompetent customer service in dealing with two matters.

1) I asked if I can pickup a box in person as they appear to be based in my town and would save shipping time and cost, but never got a concrete response. A simple "No" would have sufficed. I purchased a T1 online from a different company and it arrived in an expeditious manner.

2) I decided to give these guys another try as they had a channel that I wanted so purchased a subscription for a provider through their website, but for about a week the customer service rep kept telling me that the server is "updation" and that my subscription will be completed by the end of the day! When I asked what time that would be, they stopped responding. Using the online chat support and getting the same answer daily, I eventually requested a refund, which they processed. I found an alternate link to the service provider that I wanted and got myself up and running within minutes.
