Absolutely do NOT bother with this shop...
Back at the end of March, 2018, I put in an order for a Smok MAG kit, some coils, and the RBA deck. Knowing it was a preorder, I waited about two weeks and emailed them to see if they knew when they would arrive from their vendor. They said the MAG kit and coils were already there but the RBA wouldn't be there till the end of April. End of April came and went. I emailed again in May. They offered to split the shipment so I would get the MAG kit and coils now and they'd send the RBA when they got them in.
There were a few more emails back and forth in there. Whoever I was dealing with over email up to this point was doing everything they could to keep things going smoothly and they were great. No person's name in the email, just the company, so it could have been multiple people. Either way, they were great. I got a tracking number. A week went by and the item was never even scanned to have left.
Started getting annoyed there. I emailed asking what happened. They blamed the shipper. Fine. USPS is more and more disorganized as time goes. Things happen. It just happened to happen to me this time. Life goes on, right?
This is about a week ago, on May 11th where they replied saying they'd send out a replacement in 24 hours. That was a Friday, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt that it wouldn't be processed over the weekend and would go out Monday or Tuesday. I emailed them again Tuesday evening asking if things were shipped and whether or not i'd be updated so I knew when to expect things. I also use a service that lets me know when email I sent has been opened. They definitely opened my email a few hours later. That was Tuesday, the 11th. It is now Friday the 15th and zero reply. Zero updates on my order. My mailbox is basically a lock box on the other side of the neighborhood. I've checked the mailbox every day this week.
Never once got a reply to their direct contact on their website in two months. No replies to emails after days. No product after a week for something that was supposed to be a replacement for the one I didn't get a week before that. My next email will just be to let them know that i'm contacting the Better Business Bureau.
