Mido, Please be aware that what you have written is unfortunately completely untrue. As you are fully aware, you joined our service just 2 days ago. Within 2 days of you joining you decided to cancel the purchase and opt for a refund - with no reason given. This is absolutely no problem at all of course, as we provide a 100% total refund guarantee. That refund was issued earlier today and your account closed.

You have sent 6 emails in the last 24 hours, all of which have been responded to within either 12 hours or 24 hours.

There was no delay in response to your emails. There was no delay in response to your refund request.

Card refunds can take between 5 - 7 business days to reach your card account. This is an industry standard. You are it seems unfortunately expecting the refund to immediately hit your card within minutes of it being refunded. And unfortunately this is not the way any card refunds works.

I am sorry you felt the need to write this very untrue review.
