I have been a subscriber too fitnesshabits.com from the start and I can honestly say that I have been nothing but impressed with my subscription thus far. From a nutrition standpoint, the content on the website is second to none. The E-book I received is a great resource on the types of food you should and should not eat. It is so specific, they even recommend foods based off of your blood type!
As far as the workout contents go, I am more than satisfied with what they offer. Each week I find myself looking forward to Sunday nights with the anticipation of the new "Beat" workouts that are about to be released. My favorite thing about the "Beat" is how much diverse content there is. The website is broken down into different workout plans based off gender and types of workouts (bodybuilding, athlete, mobility, etc.). That is very attractive for the fact that everyone has different interests and goals set in mind. It also allows me to be able to choose and experiment with a bunch of different exercises, reps schemes, and much more!
The people who run the website are also phenomenal as well. They are constantly looking for ways to make their website design more attractive and also mixing up the content. They also truly do appreciate and listen to any and all recommendations or concerns; everyone's opinion is heard and considered.
The price is also a major plus. For only $7 a month, a price that is cheaper than 3 medium Dunkin Donut iced coffees, I get much more workouts and nutrition tips than I would even if I paid a trainer. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in working out or getting into the gym to truly consider and subscribe to fitnesshabits.com.
