This is the response I was emailed after my review:
“Hello Kathy! We just saw your review on Trusted Site, and we apologize that the pillows you received failed to meet your expectations. The 50/50 pillows you purchased are same pillows used at the hotel you stayed. Please keep in mind that the pillows used in hotels have been slept on and laundered numerous times, which will make the pillow softer than when you first purchase them. We have fully refunded your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for this transaction to process. In the meantime, we have shipped you a pack of Primaloft pillows compliments of Downlite. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance!”
Imagine my surprise when I called Downlite today and was told the Primaloft pillows haven’t been shipped. It looks like they revised their initial response to my review without discussing the terms with me.
Not the way I do business...
