Warning for small businesses!
⚠️ The Early Years Boutique ⚠️
WARNING FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

Would NOT recommend them even if they were a free service. They are terrible, been with them for just over 1 month and they have provided me with no service what so ever. I felt pressured to sign up with them after I applied and have spoken to another business who have said the same. They offer you a space on their site but you only have a few days to sign up or you have to re-apply. They also send you a discounted rate but again you have a limited time to use it - 24 hours before it expires in one case! Pressure selling at its best. I see this now but I was stupid enough at the time to believe they would do what they advertise (but they don’t) and I took advantage of a discount on the first months fee.

They took over 4 weeks to upload 1 of my products onto their site (even though they state on heir website they add products within a few working days) I’ve asked for another 10 products to be uploaded and still waiting! Their communication skills are terrible and they do not deliver what they advertise. I have asked to cancel as I am extremely unhappy & they were not providing the service they advertise. I was told to do this I would have to pay for 12 months subscription in advance (Approx £300)

I'm a small business and wished someone had warned me about this company, hence why I am now warning others by making this post public hoping others will see this. I'm currently stuck with a terrible service, no sales and I have to pay these people for the privilege. I wished I never signed up with them, they have caused so much stress & hassle. They have blocked me and deleted my comments on their facebook wall. This post is to warn & inform other small businesses out there before they sign up about their lack of care, skills, communication or service. I would not use them even if they were free of charge!

⚠Be aware and very careful if you do sign up with The Early Years Boutique (As seen on Dragons’ Den) as you could be highly disappointed and left out of pocket.
