Our sincerest apologies for our fail on your holiday order. There were unexpected delays in shipping, and while this is no excuse, it was out of our hands. We tried to rock and roll with the overwhelming amount of back orders and completely understand how it is disappointing to not have holiday items that were intended to be gifts.
