Poor Customer Service
I have been buying exclusively from EJC for some time and have only had 1 issue, which was resolved rather quickly. This time not the case. I have tried to reach them via email a couple of times and through their "contact us" on the website. I found a phone number to call, but wouldn't you know.... no answer!!! The problem is that my order is just sitting and to me it seems it might have been forgotten about. Not on purpose i assume . I just wish someone would do some looking but i am getting the feeling they do not care anymore. Please see attached image.. IT DOES NOT TAKE 4 BUSINESS !!

Same exact thing for me bro. Mine has been saying that exact same thing since 2/7 they ignore my emails. Report them to the BBB.
