Poor customer service and DOA devices
I am very unhappy with my first experience with Eightvape. The shipping was very fast, but one of the devices arrived DOA. I immediately tried to call and got a message saying their call queue is full, and that is the message I get every time I call. I entered a support ticket within 24 hours of receiving the device. It took them several days to respond, and they asked me a for a video. I sent the video and again waited three days. Finally got a message after three days telling me that they cannot refund the device because of their “strict 14 day return policy.” Not only did I contact them within 24 hours of receiving the device and 48 hours of ordering, but even today we are not beyond 14 days!!!
