Angry costumer
Extremely disappointed, even more angry when I received this email. I only recieved part of my order I'm still waiting on the second part, I checked the tracking number and my item is in transition to the post office, for a week now! Funny thing is the one I recieved reached the "shipping partner" after the other one but made it to the post office which the other one has yet to do so. I already contacted costumer service and was told my item was on its way to be handed off to the post office and once my item is recieved by the post office I can contact them for a update on when I will receive my item, so basically they were no help, how long do I wait? Will it get before Christmas? When will you as a company get envolved In finding what happened to my package? I'm not a happy costumer at all.
