It looks like you're in Hawaii and chose the free shipping method. Our free shipping is sent through FedEx SmartPost currently, which utilizes the USPS for delivery.
We'll be the first to admit that this method is a tad slower than the upgraded shipping options, especially to Alaska and Hawaii, but it does allow us to offer free shipping to our customers, which we feel is really important. Of course, we do offer upgradable options should you need the order sooner.
