Very Bad Costumer Attention
Absolutely disapointed. I bought an article the last 3rd of May and I am still waiting for the parcel..not delivered.
I paid more for the transport than for the article so I have to guess they earn money not only in the article if not also in the shipping.
I sent 2 mails and I did not get any answer. Now I have to delay my holidays because of this bad service.

Apologised to customer and refunded full payment inc. shipping. Customer originally ordered this item with delivery to a Spanish PO Box which couriers will not dispatch to, then amended to an address in Spain which is classified as a remote location and very few couriers would deliver to or charged high surcharge to, therefore delivery is going to be slow. Did not reply to 1 email which was received on date parcel tracking showed item was delivered. Customer has not replied since tracking shows item delivered which was before this review was left. so item shows delivered and we have refunded customer, yet no mention in false review. Hindsight we will no longer deliver to remote addresses. delayed holiday due to an Air Pump.
