Need more responsive questions answered
I purchased an item during Chinese New Year which I didn’t know when I purchased. They should publish on there website when they have no stock and need to purchase from there supplier. When asking it takes a while for them to get back to you.
In saying that, I have asked questions and they don’t reply. I would need to send 2-3 email before getting a response. I am still waiting on a response of a question I asked asked recently.
Customer service really needs to be more responsive.
Not sure if I would purchase again with this company.
