Unhappy Customer
I ordered pillows from downlite and was not happy with their product. They indicated I could return the pillows (at my cost to ship back). I promptly took them to UPS (they told me I needed to keep a tracking number) in their original packaging. The cost of basic ground service (the least expensive method) was over $40.00. The pillow were approximately $50.00 each. I brought the pillows back home and will try to sell them locally or use them for staging. I will NEVER order from this company again.

We provide the option of sending you a prepaid FedEx return label and deducting the cost from your refund, in this case it would be $5.00 per pillow

This was not offered as an option when I contacted your company. Your representative said the shipping was my responsibility. I will check out the above link and request a return shipping label if an option.
