Not to happy with the service I got

We take customer service issues very seriously and our order department works very hard to ensure the packages are shipped within 24 hours. We ALWAYS contact the customer when we unexpectedly run our of stock on an item to either offer a different choice or a refund. I am sorry your experience wasn't as expected. We are not responsible for manufacturer warranties. We do make exceptions when product is DOA, however, we do not know what happens to the product long after it is delivered. We do no know if it was dropped or mishandled and cannot issue refunds after a period of time.
