Poor Service
Ordered one for my daughters birthday. They charged me and then 3 days later called me to say I needed to pay for the cycle. I told them I was already charged and gave them the invoice number. 2 weeks later it was still sitting in shipping. I called for a week straight before a supervisor would take my call and finally ship the product.
