I am not impressed. First, I did not receive a on-line receipt after ordering a product. It did come to my address in a timely manner. However, recipient of gift did not want the product.
When the product arrived, there was no instructions on how to return the product if needed.
I have been trying to get information on how to return the product since December 28. I have contact the customer service area via email and phone four times (Writing this on January 8) and I still have no instructions as to how to return the product after being told by customer service that they would get back to me with a "return authorization" early in the week of January 1.
Very frustrated by the lack of customer service.
