There was a period of time after Christmas where we due to a system issue, we weren't able to react fast enough on these requests and kept many customers on hold, one of them was unfortunately you.
I can ensure you that I personally made sure that we fixed the system issue and this won't ever happen again to anyone as we now stick to strict 24 hours reply policy and every single customer gets a reply within 24 hours.
Also please keep in mind that any shipment can get lost, that just happens. We always offer reshipment or refund as two options in such cases.
You are absolutely right about the emails looking the same, that's a common customer support practice for the same type of questions companies reply to. It saves time and allows companies to serve customers quicker. Even Trustedsite.com system offers us a "canned responses" feature directly in here.
