Very Disapointed!! Worst service ever!
I called for a physiotherapy appoint at this location as it was open until 8:30 pm and the receptionist told me they would be able to bill Manulife directly. The first appointment was to be a hour long and was only 40 minutes by charges for and hour. The therapist moved my arm and told me to do exercise that was it. when I go to the receptionist she could not direct bill as she had the wrong information in the computer. She insist it was my error and I need to call Manulife. Once I pointed out she had the wrong birthday on the form she did not apologize made a huffy sound and I paid by visa and left. This was the worst service I have very received. Very Disappointed!
