Bad Customer Service that will Cost you Money!
Stay away. I made a purchase that I needed for a certain date (about 2 weeks in advance). I immediately called and emailed Ahuva to make sure I would have the item on time. All calls, voicemail's, and emails went unanswered. By the time I finally was able to get in touch with someone (about 1 week later) I was told the item was not in stock and would take 6 weeks.
I changed the item; but, because Ahuva.com, did not respond to me timely, I had to pay additional money to rush ship the item. Had they responded to me within a day or two of my requests, I could have saved money.
I wish I had read the reviews of Ahuva.com before I made the purchase because it appears as if I am not the only one with this problem. It's a terrible company.
Also, while the website makes them look like a huge company, it is basically one person, Josh, who owns it and works every aspect. You can get the same items that Ahuva.com sells elsewhere for the same price, or cheaper, with better customer service.
