Wow this company needs work
By far the worst online vape shop I’ve come across I was charged 4 separate times because I was enetering my billing address wrong which is completely my fault I will admit but did not expect to get charged for every time I entered it wrong but kudos to budget vapors for getting the money back but also should note I messaged them about my order saying it’s shipped but received no confirmation emails or anything with a tracking number so overall experience with these guys is a big fat 0/10

Hello, We are sorry for the inconvenience but sadly we have no control over funds when declined for AVS (billing address) with your banking records, These charges are pre-authorization (pending) with expire usually after 48 hours since of a decline. Unfortunately your banking holds these funds in reserve and usually released back into your account within 3 to 7 business days (varies on banking), As for tracking info, Did you check your spam/junk folder? Tracking info can also be viewed on your Budget Vapors account.
