It was probably the most frustrating online ordering experience I’ve had. One the items I ordered had a picture that did not match the item description. I tried the chat to verify the information only to be told I needed to send an email to support with the #’s I supplied them. I never did get a reply from the support department. I created an an account and was encouraged I could save the order and avoid the ordering selection again. I received 3 emails encouraging me to complete my order. After a phone call to an actual human, I was confident I could place the order and get the correct item even with the mismatched picture. When I tried resuming the ordering process, I was informed there was no record of what I previously saved. When I reselected everything again and attempted to process the order, I was then informed I needed a $25.00 minimum to process. After 20-30 minutes of searching for a small item to push me into the magic zone, the $4.41 item that would have to doubled to get me over the $25 would not allow me to enter a quantity of 2. It defaulted to “5” every time. I ended up ordering another part I didn’t need just to complete the order. Furthermore, I felt the smallest shipping charge available for UPS ground (over $17) for items I could fit in my pocket was excessive. If it wasn’t for the amount of time I invested in the order I sure would have tried to find another vendor...but I was exhausted. The correct items did arrive, but I don’t know if I’d be up to ordeal in placing another order....their software needs help!
