Slow, ineffective, not customer oriented service
I am not satisfied at all.
UPS returned to sender the battery I ordered.
I wrote 3 emails to Battdepot saying I still need battery
and asking what I need to do to have the battery
delivered to me.
The answer after my third email was that I will be refunded
11.70 $ out of 36.73 $ that I originally paid.
So, to resume:
On 17 Dec 2017 I paid 36.73 $ for a battery.
Today is 21 Jan 2018 and I end up with
no battery and no refund at all.
This company has a lot of work to do
to become a company of service.
I don't like to be negative,
but these are the facts.
