The products were not timely delivered -- more than a month late. There were two orders for two different households. In each case, partial shipments were sent resulting in situations where only 1 child in each household received the item. And, insofar as one order, the second shipment was the WRONG product. Customer service was nonexistent and very unhelpful. In fact, they repeatedly gave inaccurate and unreliable information. I will never use this website again. Dissatisfied Customer
