Not a Good Experience with HearStore

We are very sorry for your experience. We're also sorry that you thought orders were supposed to ship within 48 hours, because that is not the case. We work through a network of hearing care providers and we have to coordinate fittings with them. Typically, patients receive their hearing aids from the provider within about 2.5 weeks. We did have some supply issues with one manufacturer this spring, which did cause delay for some customers. We regret that those supply issues caused a delay on your end, but are glad you received your prompt refund and hope that you are able to find the hearing devices you are looking for. HearStore is trying to change the hearing industry by offering choice and affordability. We have experienced growing pains, but are working swiftly to improve and provide the best possible experience possible. Thank you for your feedback.
