Horrible Customer Service!
Placed my order on 2/5/18. They printed my shipping label on 2/6/18 & there it sat on “Pre-shipment” status for 7 days. I sent 2 emails several days apart requesting status on my order & both went UNANSWERED. Can’t believe a company exist without a phone number for customer service. Finally checked USPS today 2/13/18 & my package was barely dropped off at USPS facility. HORRIBLE customer service & can’t believe I even paid over $8 for shipping. Might be my last order, definitely will if it arrives with further issues. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
