Company's Treatment like beeing a unique customer.
As a new customer of banggood .com i had my doughts about a market so far away from my home country (greece).
I bought two products about 2months ago. The first one did came almost 1month after beeing shipped, but the other one was lost or being misplaced or stolen as it had no tracking no (that was my mistake) .
i contact banggood suppprt and without hesitaton or argument at all the company give me the choise of refunding my money or resend me the item that i purchased . I am very happy and i believe that such acts characterises a company that places customers satisfaction above its own interests.
I believe that all customers worldwide would like to be treated that way when they have similar problems.
