Not a happy customer
Tried to cancel my order two days before it was shipped but didn't receive a single reply to any of my three emails and messages on their website. They don't have a number published on their site where you can call them either. They shipped the order and I had to ship it right back to them. I think they tried to make me keep it by insisting on return shipping via a signed for package in their terms and conditions. Have received and email this morning saying that my refund has been processed, but there is still no credit to my account. If they had just replied to my emails I would've been happier, but it seemed like they tried to force my hand to keep the product. Didn't sit very well with me, I'm afraid.

Just investigated and there has been a problem with our info@eighteightdegrees.co.uk account so this is why we didn't see your messages. Really sorry about our mistake, we will correct it straight away.

Hi Jitesh, Really sorry to hear you had problems with our customer service, Can i ask what email address you used to contacted us?
