What was initially a bad 1st experience ends well
I didn't receive the product I purchased. I received a different one. I called and left a message but didn't receive a follow up until my second phone call. I spoke with Brian who apologized for the mix up and offered to send my original product to me and said to keep the incorrect one for free. What started out as a negative first experience ended being a good one in the end.

It is our policy to make sure that you get what you ordered, even if the package was lost by the Post Office. I do see that you called this morning, just a little while before submitting this review. I also see that the Post Office marked your package delivered almost a week ago. We will give you a call back.
