HORRIBLE do NOT BUY! NO INSTRUCTIONS!
Not only do they have HORRIBLE customer service, but they also lie. They claim to have tesla style plug and play units which are not in fact plug and play. There and several wires that are lose and have no attachments or places to attach and they did NOT SEND INSTRUCTIONS. They refused to pay to have the unit removed from my car because it did not work correctly. Would not recommend buying from these people. Nor do they have a physical address in the United States, only a PO Box. It's very upsetting when you get hung up on because you ask for instructions and what these open wires go to and why different options are not working. Would not recommend buying anything from these con artists.

This person is a liar and scammer. He got a Tesla-style unit for Chevy Cruz from us. People who have the same units know he is lying. After the item has been arranged with shipping carrier, he contacted us saying that he would just ask for a refund if it's not delivered by when. The item delivered in time, but more than 10 days later, he contacted us saying that the unit is not plug and play because there were wires and connectors not used. He was not interested in getting help. He went straight saying that he would like a full refund without returning the unit. We said that we need to receive the unit back before we can issue refund. He then said that we need to pay to have it removed. I believe everyone knows what is going on here. If it's not working, why would he want to leave it in the car? If he had someone install it, it would not even have been fully installed, if it's not working. Then he went on with lots of threats trying to pull off the scam. If he was truly ask for help, why would we ignore him?

First of all, I'm highly offended by your accusation that I am a liar & scammer. I Will be happy to post screen shots of our conversation online, and secondly, the unit is not plug and play and the unit does not work properly. In addition, I called a number that was ONLY located on my credit card statement. I asked for instructions because no instructions were sent with the unit. They sent a backup camera that did not fit so part of the trunk had to be cut open wider for it to properly fit. The instruction with that were not even instructions, rather details of the camera. I asked for assistance and was told repeatedly that it is plug and play and that is all I need to know. They want me to pay to have the item removed so I can have my old unit reinstalled, I asked that they pay for the removal of the system & I would return it for a refund. It's unfair for me to pay to have it installed only for it not to work correctly and then have to pay to have it removed.

And with only a PO Box for a company that claims to be based out of LA how is there a safe a trackable way to return the device. UPS nor FedEx will ship to a PO BOX. And they are expecting me to pay for the shipping costs for a defective unit.

As for the unit itself, the phone does not work over the speakers, will show there is a call but you hear nothing. When you press navigation nothing happens. I had to install a different app to use by going to the app list button. The unit cannot control the A/C like they claim it does. It can only be controlled on the original A/C controls. When a turn signal comes on the unit goes to a non-existent camera screen, but only when the right turn signal is started, not the left. The mirror link feature does not work unless the phone is plugged into the USB port attached to the unit. The on star buttons no longer work but my on star remote access does, so confused there as well. The installer asked about these additional wires and we have yet to be able get the back up camera to work at all. Very upsetting experience and wish I had just let them cancel this order before it even shipped from Hong Kong.

Yeah. USPS doesn't offer safe and reliable way of shipping, and that's good reason to ask for refund without returning. Our VOIP system records phone calls automatically. If necessary, the recordings can be posted to let people know what actually was said. We did not ask anyone to pay to have it removed. We just want the item returned if someone refuses to pay. Any people with normal IQ should know that it's illogical for us to say that. In fact, we did not get a chance to offer assistance with the bombardment of scamming and threatening. We did not ask the person to pay for shipping as well. We never got into that part because the person had no intention to do that. The unit is not defective. It's just like someone don't know how to power on a good phone saying the phone is defective.

No only is recording calls without notifying all parties all the call is illegal, so please do post. And your consistent rudeness is shocking. The unit is defective and does not work at described. I asked YOU to reimburse me for the removal of the unit. You refused. I agreed to return it to if you paid for the removal of the item. And I have records of the multiple times that I have called for assistance and so when you do post those illegally recorded calls, make sure you post all of them. The way you are speaking to me shows the lack of customer service you have.

And USPS will not ship with signature required to a PO Box. Just fyi.
