Worst place ever
I ordered a package and have not received it. I emailed customer service and they told me it wasn’t their problem. I called usps and they opened a case and put an investigation on the package. The tracking I was given was not going to my address or they gave me the wrong number for my package. I can’t get a hold of anyone. This company is terrible with customer service and if you can’t answer your customers and be responsible for your screw ups you won’t have any. It’s not the postal service who put the wrong address on the label. You did
