I ordered a new smartphone on banggood, the UMI E plus.
It was a defective item, the USB C charger wasn't holding making the charge impossible.
After few emails, they said i need to send it back to them so they can check the phone and send me another one and the will refund my expenses.

BUT now that i have my phone they didn't refund the tax fee which i paid for both phone

The phone was originally 180 €. I finally paid around 300 € with bot tax fees.
I have been waiting for the phone for a total of 2 months instead of 2 weeks maximmum (i subscribed the priority mail)

In my order i also ordered a tempered glass for this phone ... the glass is way too small for the phone, there is at least 3mm on each border missing.

This was my first experience with banggood and also the last one

i don't recommand buying from them
