I have had a positive experience getting problems resolved. The only problem I didn't like was sometimes I was on the phone with the support guy for 3 or4 hours how ever i can say it depend on the problem you are facing, so its completely fine. If I need to renew something they should send me and a 2 month advanced notice when it is due. That way I can save money for that service I need.I really love to be a part with Anteris Thats why.
