As mentioned in my email to you today, we refunded you months ago. We emailed you at the time we refunded you to let you know; however, we have had issues with some of our emails being marked as spam. We’ve tried to rectify this, but have not been able to fix it, so I am very sorry if you didn’t receive the refund notification.
We can see an email from you on 27/12 (nothing prior to that); however, we were out of the office from 22/12 til 03/01 and did notify customers about this via auto responders. We responded as soon as we were able to. Thank you for understanding.
