Faulty Adapter for thinkpad laptop computer.
I found your technicians didn't know what they were talking about. They said I was doing it wrong and then said it was my battery. I had to have an electrician come and check the adapter and it had no voltage. After that they said the supplier would make an exchange but wanted the tracking number from my shipping it back which I didn't have. I had been on e-mails all day and didn't have the time to get to the post office plus I told them i can't drive. I had surgery and only have sight in one eye. What i wanted was for you to send me a new one and I would give back the faulty one seeing it was difficult for me to get to the post office. That would have been good customer service but yet you wouldn't agree to that. I was afraid I would lose my money so i contacted Paypal and they sent a notice. The next e-mail I received from you was telling me I filed a complaint and they wouldn't answer any more e-mails from me. I find your customer service was horrible. I live on a pension and I just wanted to make sure I got back my money seeing i would have to order it elsewhere.

Just wanted you to know I just received my adapter from e-bay and for the same price and it works perfectly. Let your staff know that. That is not how customer support should treat clients.
