Very Unpleasant Experience
First, my address was messed up making the package undeliverable and sent back to the company. When I reached out to customer service to point out this mistake, they made sure to let me know several times during the call that the reason the address was messed up was because I typed it in wrong on the form. Nevertheless, they said they would mail out another product with the corrected address. The original order was made on Sept 3-5 and did not ship until the 14th. The second (corrected) order was made on Sept. 19 and still has not processed through the company. They were sure to charge and accept payment the day the first order was made, but 20 days later I have yet to receive the product I paid for. I will find filters elsewhere from now on.
