Your request for cancellation was received well after the order had been fully processed and delivered to the carrier, which resulted in a delivery on Tuesday even-though the order was placed at 7:57 pm on Sunday evening. This type of delivery speed requires a fast paced environment where we rely heavily on the customer provided information. We have requested you to reject the package but the only thing we can do is offer you a solution and it is up to the customer to act on it.
