Account Services Associate

TrustedSite is seeking an Account Services Associate to work with key assigned accounts in the renewals portion of the customer lifecycle. Working with a Key Account Manager, the Account Service Associates will guide accounts through renewal, collections and account adjustment to meet monthly and quarterly goals. Responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction with our products at all times, identifying accounts with cross-selling opportunities, and identifying accounts that require a sales effort for retention.

Requirements

  • Own, drive and manage the renewals process in collaboration with the account management team
  • Develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies for small, medium and large account contract renewals that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing customer trust
  • Maximize account growth opportunities by playing an active role on the account team and helping to identify incremental opportunities upon contract renewal
  • Provide customers with quotes and invoices for their service renewal
  • Send collections notices to customers with designated book of business, as well as send invoices to aging balances between 30-45 days past due
  • Placing direct phone calls and emails to customers that are coming up for renewal and/or past due
  • Coordinate with a Key Account Manager on all sales activities to ensure accurate pricing, quoting, invoicing and collection of payment
  • Ensure follow up and resolution on all customer cases within a reasonable timetable via phone, email and ZenDesk account queries
  • Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers who request to terminate or downgrade service in order to pass to Key Account Managers
  • Make corrections to customer accounts based on current needs of our recurring customers, increasing or decreasing allocation of our services
  • Accurately maintain/update a rolling 120-day forecast of your territory and communicate any renewal risk to internal resources in order to develop resolution strategies

Skills

  • At least 1-3 years relevant experience (SaaS/subscription and/or technology is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently in small coordinated groups, especially a group that is tasked with a revenue attainment goal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and respond to both technical and non-technical questions/issues
  • Organization and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to win people over
  • A desire to win and won't take no for an answer while maintaining a customer first attitude
  • You know the tools of the trade - Gmail and Gdocs, Yesware, Excel, Clearslide, ZenDesk
