TrustedSite is seeking candidates for Account Executive roles. We're looking for senior sales representatives who will build relationships with market-leading companies to establish new and continued use of the McAfee SECURE services and cross sell and upsell those accounts. As an Account Executive your objective will be to identify sales opportunities and develop direct relationships with prospects, taking on the entire sales cycle.
The McAfee SECURE services are operated by TrustedSite and designed to increase trust with website visitors and increase sales for our customers. They're subscription-based with monthly, annual, and multi-year plans.
The ideal candidate is a tenacious, tech-savvy seller who has deep knowledge of ecommerce markets. This position is located in our San Francisco office, and unfortunately, we are not open to remote candidates at this time.
- Prospect potential customers and use a range of tools to open the conversation
- Sell TrustedSite products to self-prospected leads
- Develop and oversee customer relationship campaigns with an aim to increase close rates
- Engage with customers daily through phone and follow-up email
- Ensure follow up and resolution on all customer cases within reasonable time table
- Learn and recognize triggers and buying-signs that can lead to increased sales performance overall and in specific targeted verticals
- Track and Forecast performance in terms of Monthly/Quarterly revenue goals
- Report KPIs to executive team and speak to variance to forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Look at market trends and identify emerging markets
- Use a range of sales tools including Linkedin Sales Navigator, CRM, and Yesware
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years inside sales experience. Relevant SaaS services prefered but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- General computer and email proficiency, we use Google suite and Macs
- A positive attitude and desire to win while maintaining a customer-first attitude
- Capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time within a fast-paced environment
- Skill to establish rapport and build a trusting relationship with customers
- Ability to present relevant benefits of product and close a sale
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to win people over
